Returns & Refunds:
We will gladly cover the shipping costs for any defective or items shipped in error. These items must be returned within 15 days of date received for full credit or replacement. Defective merchandise may only be exchanged for an identical item. If an identical item is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value at our discretion. You must inspect your package immediately upon receipt and notify us for any shortages (did not receive all the items listed on the packing slip that show as shipped), damages or defects.
If you order has not been shipped yet, you may cancel your purchase for a full refund. To cancel an order, please call our customer service department immediately. Once an item or an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled as we do not control the shipping carriers. You will have to process a general return which will incur restocking fees, additional return shipping charges plus the original shipping charges can also not be refunded. Our Return Policy is subject to the following:
- Unused parts in their original condition and packaging may be returned for a refund within 15 days of receipt of the order.
- Company will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of company’s error. If the item is returned for any other reason, 25% restocking fee and shipping for both ways will be charged to the customer.
- Electrical parts, batteries, service kits, lubes, oils and fuel-cells can’t be returned to MyNailgun.com once they have shipped out to the customer.
To return a product, a Return Merchandize Authorization Number (RMA#) shall be requested by calling our customer service at 888-315-0240. Return Merchandize Authorization Number may only be requested within 15 days of shipment receipt. Please make sure to write this number on the outside of the box being sent back to the company. Returns without a Return Merchandize Authorization Number will not be honored.
An email confirmation will be sent once we receive your return and verify a refund has been processed.
